Please don’t smoke in our apartment or use drugs 🚫 in the apartment or communal areas. Any use or possession of illegal substances will result in eviction and legal action βš–οΈIt’s not allowed by UK law βš–οΈ, and it affects our neighbors 😷 If we discover smoking in the apartment, there will be a fine of Β£1000 πŸ’Έ. If you smoke outside, please don’t smoke directly outside the building; make sure to be a few meters away to prevent smoke from coming inside 🚷. Check-out time is at 10 AM ⏰. If our cleaning assistant arrives and guests are still in the apartment, additional time compensation will be required for the cleaner, administration, and inconvenience to the next guests checking in the same day. Each additional hour after 10 AM will cost Β£50 πŸ’°.

If you ask us to come and open the door for any reason, such as losing or forgetting keys inside the apartment πŸ”‘, it will cost Β£200 for our time and resources.

If you forget any belongings after your stay and request our assistance in coordinating with the next guest to provide access and return your items, an additional fee of Β£500 πŸ’· will be charged to cover our time and resources ⏰.
