You would require to provide ID π for every person over 18+ staying in our apartment if the host requests it. It does require payment of a security deposit π· before check-in, which will be refundable by the end of your stay within 30 working days. The security deposit amount is Β£1000 British Pound (GBP).
We will provide you with details for the security deposit. Please note that if we receive less than Β£1000 British Pound (GBP) due to foreign exchange rates π± or transfer fees, we will return the deposit based on the amount we have received and will not cover costs for any foreign exchange rates or transfer fees. β οΈ.
Please donβt smoke in our apartment or use drugs π« in the apartment or communal areas. Any use or possession of illegal substances will result in eviction and legal action βοΈItβs not allowed by UK law βοΈ, and it affects our neighbors π· If we discover smoking in the apartment, there will be a fine of Β£1000 πΈ. If you smoke outside, please donβt smoke directly outside the building; make sure to be a few meters away to prevent smoke from coming inside π·. Also, please dispose of your cigarettes properly when finished ποΈ.
Check-out time is at 10 AM β°. If our cleaning assistant arrives and guests are still in the apartment, additional time compensation will be required for the cleaner, administration, and inconvenience to the next guests checking in the same day. Each additional hour after 10 AM will cost Β£50 π°.
π« No escort activities allowed, and visitors are not permitted during your stay.
If you ask us to come and open the door for any reason, such as losing or forgetting keys inside the apartment π, it will cost Β£200 for our time and resources.
If you forget any belongings after your stay and request our assistance in coordinating with the next guest to provide access and return your items, an additional fee of Β£500 π· will be charged to cover our time and resources β°.
The apartment is available for business people/overseas visitors/short term (maximum of 90 days availability for the year).
